Technical Babaji exists to make modern technology easier to discover, understand and use. This page explains how we research, write, update and correct our content, so you know what to expect from us.

What we publish

We cover AI tools, software and apps, smartphones and gadgets, laptops and computing, how-to guides, tech news, reviews and comparisons, and free online tools. Our aim is simple: clear, practical information that helps you decide, learn or fix something.

How we research and write

  • We start with reliable sources. These include official product pages, manufacturer specifications, documentation, release notes and pricing pages.
  • We write in plain language. We avoid jargon where we can, and explain it when we can't.
  • We answer the questions that matter. What does it do? Who is it useful for? What are its important features? What are its limitations? Is it worth considering for your use case?
  • We write for readers first. An article should be useful even if you never click an ad or a link in it.

Reviews and comparisons

We are honest about how we know what we say. When an article is based on our own hands-on use, we say so. When it is based on specifications, official information and other public sources, we say that instead. We don't claim to have tested something that we haven't.

We aim to include both strengths and limitations, and we don't accept payment in exchange for a positive review.

Accuracy and updates

Technology changes fast, so we try to keep our articles current. When a product, price, feature or policy changes in a way that matters, we update the article and show the update date where it is helpful. If we can't confirm a detail, we say so rather than guessing.

Corrections

We make mistakes sometimes, and we would rather fix them openly than ignore them.

  • If you spot an error, email us at contact@technicalbabaji.com with the page link and what needs to change.
  • We check the report and correct the article when needed.
  • If a correction changes the meaning of an article in an important way, we add a short note explaining what was changed.

Independence, advertising and sponsorship

Our editorial decisions are separate from our advertising. Advertisers, sponsors and companies whose products we cover don't get to approve, edit or influence our opinions.

  • The Site may show ads, including Google AdSense.
  • Sponsored or paid content is always clearly labelled as such.
  • Affiliate links, if we use them, are disclosed. Please see our Affiliate Disclosure.
  • If we have a relationship with a company we write about, we tell you.

Originality, sources and images

We write our own articles and don't copy from other websites. When we use facts, data or quotes from other sources, we give credit and link to them where possible. Images are either our own, taken from official press material, or used with permission or a valid licence.

Use of AI tools

We may use AI tools to help with research, outlines, editing or checking grammar. AI is a helper, not the author. A person on our team reviews, edits and fact-checks each article before it is published, and we don't publish AI-generated text without that human review.

Safety and responsibility

Our guides aim to keep you safe. We recommend that you back up your data before making changes, and we point to official downloads and sources. We don't promote piracy, cracked software, or methods meant to harm people or their devices.
